Will someone bring Christmas back? We’ll start on Christmas eve and do it all over again. I’m totally willing to make another turkey dinner.
We went to my parent’s house this Christmas. The one they had just built and moved into a week before. It was fabulous to be in “our” new home. So much open area to my boys to run around in. It’s built so family to be together and it worked SO well.
Many many games of Mario Cart were played on the Wii, we were laughing our heads off playing ping pong in their massive upstairs room. Oh ya, and many many many Taquitos were consumed while playing Dance Dance Revolution.
My boys got a wonderfully modest amount of toys which we always appreciate. I’m thankful they have grandparents that don’t go to crazy on the toys. They loved everything they received and have found their favorites even though some of Isaac’s favorites were sent to Silas and vice versa.
We went home the Monday after Christmas (sadly) and Brent worked until Wednesday and then had another glorious 4 days off. It was nice to spend so much time together. Alas…he’s back to work.
So I’ll give you a peek into what all that looked like. We forgot to photograph present opening and mom and Mark still have the photos of the kids sledding which was SO MUCH FUN. I’ll get those to you soon.
Thanks so much for all the pictures. And don’t forget, we did not get up to your place with our Christmas presents. I’ll be anxiously awaiting that
that turkey dinner.
ooooo I’ll make it for you if you buy it all ha ha ha. I can’t wait to see you two!
Cute pics of my darling nephews 🙂 And lovely house…we can’t wait to go visit there with you!
Love all the pictures of our precious
grandchildren. How do you play dance revolution or is it a real honest to goodness workout? . You have a determined look on your face, Leah, which makes me think it is not a game.
Can’t wait to see everyone. Love, Gram
Yaaay pictures! Boooo – too small! 😉
