The Razzle Dazzle Blog

I’m having writers block at the moment.  I want to write a fantastic blog that will dazzle and impress.  That makes you say “oh she’s so clever and funny”.  One that makes you entire world view completely change and you’ll say “Thank you Leah, for you’ve made me a better person”.

I want to have you rolling on the floor in laughter and bawling with tears of emotion.

Perhaps it’ll get LOTS of comments (unlike the ONE from yesterday…even though I gave you sandy baby bums…MAN…tough crowd) and perhaps someone will call the news and they’ll interview me about my upcoming nobel prize.

Perhaps they’ll make a movie about me, just writing clever things all of the time.  People enjoying my clever words.

Maybe the Queen will knight me.

Maybe I’ll get a blogger award.

But, I don’t have anything notable to talk about…other than Ikey said “banana” today…and yesterday he said “more” and that I’m really quite happy today.

Go now and show appreciation for those sandy baby bums and hunky man photos I gave to you.  Silly readers.

  1. You are great, everyday you give us another glimpse into the life and thoughts of yourself. I wish I could do that.

  2. Thank you for taking the time to write and post this blog….
    Thank you Leah, just being around you (through the internet) has made me a better person.

  3. I did love the sandy bums. 🙂

    With school starting soon for my oldest kids, it seems that I have nothing entertaining to write either. 🙁 It’s like this focus on “What will I need to buy/do before it happens?”…then we built a deck outside, which took up a few days. And we bought a fancy-dancy camera, which takes up alot of time, we are learning to use it! So, my mind seems blank.

    The kids have been keeping the cute/silly comments to themselves lately, so I don’t even have cutesyness to use. 🙁 {today’s blog was on frog origami…see? no ideas}

    Keep beeing yourself, we luv ya how you are. 🙂

  4. Your post sounds a little like a blogger’s prayer 🙂 While you might not get a Nobel prize for this post, you still got a good chuckle out of me. Not bad, for someone with writer’s block!

  5. Hi Leah,

    I love your blog. I have been meaning to let you know that since I started reading your blog I frequently have “woot! woot!” pop into my head when I’m excited about something. It always makes me smile cause it reminds me of you and your brilliant blogging 😀

  6. I loved the sandy bums too, but I was so busy and then tired in the evening for the last couple of days that I didn’t feel like commenting. I really enjoy reading all of your stories though, even if I’m rarely leaving a comment. I’ll try to do better in the future 🙂
