So, we’ve found a house and we’re signing on the dotted line today. All of this is subject to the inspection and whatnot. We like this place, it’s in a smaller area that’s really close to Colin and Leanne and their son Lucas. I loved the area. When we got there we saw a bunch of moms sitting around a play area just talking with their kids playing and holding babies. It’s the right area for us! The outside of the place has been completely re-done with new siding, doors, and windows. The inside needs some love but we’d just want to get new flooring upstairs right away, the rest is really livable. Not pretty, but livable. The problem is, it’s got tenants so they need notice to move which might leave us homeless for the month of July. YIKES. There’s a good chance they’ll be out as they’re already looking for a place but we can’t be guaranteed. I’m frightened but I feel at peace about it all so we’re moving forward with it.
Anyway, not much else to blog about today, I’m tired and I need to finish something.
Yeah! And a great area! How exciting! Hope July works out though…… that would bring the anxiety on full force for me – yucky. Time to pack 🙂

Congrats! Sounds like a great neighbourhood for you. Hope the tenants find something else in time for you to get in there. Living in a motel for a month wouldn’t be the worst possible alternative, but it would be so much nicer to be in your own home.
You’ll practically be neighbours to Colin, Leanne and Lucas how very cool. The playground situation sounds excellent too. Now I’m praying that the tenants there will find a place so you can move in on time . God knows your need and he is taking care of you.
