My sister Jennie was able to capture some wonderful videos of my psycho child Silas this Sunday. This first one is of Silas singing his good morning song which is the same tune as “Happy Birthday”. We had just sung Happy Birthday to my niece Ali so Silas decided to continue singing for her.
This second one was Silas’ excitement towards us playing spoons. During each round we had to play and try and keep him out of the circle. Every time we yelled spoons he’d get into the middle and just FREAK out. This actually doesn’t fully capture his hyperness as it was WAY crazier at times. PSYCHO!!
For the last 30 minutes Silas has been driving his toy car around on the floor. It’s pretty cute to see. A vision of what the next 8 or 9 years will look like…cars cars cars. His uncle Jay has been collecting all the coolest Hot Wheels for him so he’ll get a bunch once he’s old enough for them. And then he’ll have TOO MANY!! Oh well. I remember my sister Jill would glare at us when we bought her son more cars…ha ha ha.
I haven’t been sleeping well lately and I don’t know why. I usually don’t have trouble with sleep. I guess I’m somehow stressed out. I’m kind of down lately. I’ve been doing HORRIBLE with eating. I’m in the “I don’t care” mode and it just makes me feel worse every day. GRRRR I need some motivation. I wonder if I’m going to be amazing at all the stuff that annoys me about me once I do the neurofeedback? I’m hoping so. Perhaps my house will be perfect and I’ll be skinny and everything. Perhaps I shouldn’t get my hopes up.
Anyway, I’m starving. All I’ve consumed today is coffee and some chocolate. I’m going to go do something.
Ooooo I nursed Ikey sitting up today. It was nice!
